Alvin Ong, MD

Dr. Ong is an orthopaedic surgeon at The Joint Institute at ARMC. He earned his Medical Doctor degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook School of Medicine, Stony Brook, New York. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in orthopaedic trauma at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

He has conducted joint replacement and trauma research projects. His clinical interests include orthopaedic traumatology and pelvic, hip and knee reconstruction.
